Cosmetics & Lotions: Apply makeup, hairspray, body lotions, and perfume before putting on your jewelry. Chemicals in these products can cause discoloration. Delicate Items: For earrings with long ear wires, we recommend using the included rubber backings to prevent them from slipping off accidentally. When using cotton pearl backings, please insert the post gently and straight to avoid bending it. ✤ How to Care for Each Material ・Matte Finish Pieces For items with our signature matte (brushed) finish, please do not use a jewelry polishing cloth. Rubbing will friction-polish the surface, making it shiny and altering its original texture. Instead, please use a liquid silver cleaner. ・Sterling Silver (Unplated) When tarnishing occurs, the best way to clean your jewelry is to submerge it in a liquid silver cleaner for a few seconds, rinse it thoroughly with water, and dry it completely with a soft cloth. ⚠️ Important Note: If your jewelry features pearls or turquoise, please strictly avoid using liquid silver cleaner, as it will damage their delicate surfaces. ・Plated Sterling Silver (K18 Gold Plating / Rhodium / Pink Gold Plating) These pieces are treated to resist tarnishing. Please do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive polishing cloths, as they will strip away the delicate precious metal plating.
